SUPPLY CHAIN · LOGISTICS · OPERATIONS
BDE helps manufacturers, distributors, and retailers lower logistics costs, improve service, and free up inventory. We sell no software or equipment and take no supplier commissions, so our recommendations answer only to your results.
ABOUT BDE
Founded in 2022, Boubacar Diallo Enterprises (BDE) advises organizations on the operations that decide whether a strategy succeeds: networks, distribution centers, transportation, inventory, and the processes that run them.
Our current practice focuses on supply chain and logistics. Every recommendation is built on data from your operation and sized to your team, budget, and growth plans.
WHAT WE DO
Six areas of practice, each grounded in hands-on operating experience
Distribution network design, product flow, and service levels aligned with your growth plans, plus sourcing strategies that balance cost, risk, and service.
Facility layout, slotting, and throughput design, plus data-driven assessments to identify the root causes of cost and service gaps.
Carrier and transportation mode strategy, freight cost reduction, make-versus-buy analysis, and 3PL partner selection and governance.
Independent assessment of material handling and automation, plus WMS, TMS, and OMS selection and implementation.
Inventory strategy and purchasing discipline that reduce working capital while protecting service levels.
Lean and Six Sigma methods applied to distribution and manufacturing to remove waste and lift safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
WHY BDE

No equipment, software, or supplier revenue. Our only incentive is your outcome.
